India’s nCore Games, in partnership with Leverage and Nodwin Gaming, has announced that Fau-G Bharat League 2.0 (FBL 2.0) is going live today. The first phase will kick off with qualifiers for the upcoming offline Lan finale, running over the next three months.

In response to the growing enthusiasm from the Fau-G: Domination community, the total prize pool has been doubled from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1 crore, with top players also standing a chance to win an all-expenses-paid trip to the UK for upskilling opportunities in game development through Leverage.

In collaboration with Nodwin, FBL 2.0 will culminate in an offline Lan event, details of which will be announced closer to the date.

Major gameplay enhancements

Coinciding with FBL 2.0’s launch, today’s game update introduces an overhaul to gunplay, sound design, and gameplay immersion:

Gunplay updates:

  • Enhanced gunplay feel, muzzle effects, and bullet trails
  • Reworked recoil logic and improved gun pivoting
  • Organic camera shakes and improved movement blending
  • Enhanced sniper and scope mechanics
  • Refined grenade gameplay and crosshair animations

Sound updates:

  • Improved shooting and ambient sounds
  • New sound cues for multiple actions
  • Better spatial audio for footsteps and gunfire
  • Bullet ricochet sounds for deeper immersion

Other enhancements:

  • Improved bullet impact particles
  • Realistic bullet travel visuals
