Gaming Hungama-Cleartrip incorporates for multiplayer online game in association with travel portal, has launched an online casual multiplayer game ‘The great Indian Roundtrip‘ to make people aware of the number of different destinations that offers flights and tickets to. Players find themselves aboard a flight and the game play involves them guessing the name of the next destination based on the facts given by the Hostess. There is a set time in which the guesses have to be made and there are additional hints provided too. Speaking to, Michelle Swami, Online Marketing Manager of shared, “The association with Gaming and having a game around is a brand promotionand consumer awareness excercise for us. We are targeting the gamers in the age group of 20 to 35 and the fun way in which the whole game play is created will ensure that a lot of gamers are going to play” The game has been developed by Gaming Hungama‘s in-house team of four artists including designers, programmer and content manager in a span of two months. Seraj Waris, Senior Manager (Media & Sales) of Gaming Hungama shared, “The great Indian Roundtrip required the team to pore through a lot of information regarding each and every city that Cleartrip offer flights. This to build up a database of questions and hints. The game had a new engine made for it, also for the first time in India, Gaming Hungama incorporated audio prompts and cues” The game is free to play and infinite number of players can play the game as infinite sessions can be created. Each session can support a maximum of 28 players.
