Presto creates etheral FX for Anmol Biscuits TVC

nullThe increasing amount of outsourced VFX and animation work being done in the country is showing its influence on the local and regional markets too!

Just recently, Kolkata based Presto Animation studios did ample amount of VFX and CG on a TVC for Anmol Dream Lite biscuits.

In order to communicate the dreamalicious taste and the lightness of the biscuits, the TVC features a story that revolves around a youngster’s dream come true romance with a ballerina amidst etheral as well as real locales.

Speaking to Animation Xpress.com, Presto Studios CEO Debjit Biswas commented,”The day I was asked to do a commercial on a product called “Dream Lite Biscuit” I realized that I need to deliver something which is not a typical biscuit commercial. I thought of stressing on the product name, and hence the concept of dream came in. We used the word “dream” in almost every line of the jingle and created a visual which is a virtual dream”

“Our pride is we thought it, we scripted it, we executed it, entirely within our studios. Even the sound track was recorded in our sound recording studio” he added.

Presto has a 30 strong team (including Animation, post, audio and production) and for this particular TVC, the studio had a select team of five artists working round the clock for close to a week to complete the VFX.
