In week 7 of the TAM TV ratings, Turner’s CN maintained its No. 2 spot with 190 TVTs (202) even as Nick maintains its lead in the kids’ genre with 204 TVTs (244). Hungama is at number 3 with 168 TVTs (201).
Coming in at number five was Disney Channel India with 133 TVTs (187), CN’s younger sibling Pogo ended the week at number four with 165 TVTs (175). In terms of the reach of the channels, Nick was at 41 per cent followed by CN at 39 per cent.
All the channels have shed rating points this week, barring the exception of Sonic that has gained 3 TVTs to land up with 45 TVTs (42). The kids’ genre viewership is at 579 GRPs (down 9 per cent) this week in All India. Kids viewership in HSM is at 622 GRPs this week (down 8 per cent). Viewership in South markets is at 390 GRPs (down 16 per cent).
