Google provides animated feature ‘Bling’ at Google Play Store

Google has stepped into the feature animation business as it plans to distribute the animated film Bling through its Google Play Store. The streaming of the film will be available for free – from 3 March to 10 April, 2016.

With an intention to promote Google Play’s “family-friendly discovery experience,” Bling will serve as the digital giant’s venture as distributors of full length feature films. This initiative will help engage both parents and kids to find age-appropriate apps, games, movies and TV shows and books on the Play Store.

Momentum Pictures’ Bling follows the story of a mechanic named Sam and his admired love Sue who is a popular news anchor. The ring posed as the proposal element is stolen by supervillain Oscar who uses it for destructive purposes.

Produced by Korean animation studio Digiart and Digital Idea in association with Celsius Entertainment, Bling has been directed by Kyung Ho Lee and Wonjae Lee, and written by Kyung Ho Lee, Hyunjoog Kim and Chris Denk.

Bling will be available to Google Play residents in the following countries U.S., U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Albania, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Botswana, Cambodia, Fiji, Iceland, Jamaica, Macedonia, Malta, Namibia, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Rwanda, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
