Epic Games has brought in yet another comic book character to Fortnite. At the time of release of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Fortnite adds the Shang-Chi skin.
Fortnite is an online video game developed by Epic Games and released in 2017. It is available in three distinct game mode versions that otherwise share the same general gameplay and game engine: Fortnite: Save the World, a cooperative hybrid-tower defense-shooter-survival game for up to four players to fight off zombie-like creatures and defend objects with traps and fortifications they can build; Fortnite Battle Royale, a free-to-play battle royale game in which up to 100 players fight to be the last person standing; and Fortnite Creative, in which players are given complete freedom to create worlds and battle arenas.
The new skin can be purchased individually or as part of the Shang-Chi bundle, which includes:
- Shang-Chi outfit
- Great Protector’s Shield back bling
- Blades of the Brother hand pickaxes
- Dragon’s Scale wrap
According to PCGamer, the Shang-Chi outfit costs 1,500 V-Bucks and the Shang-Chi is priced at 1,800 V-Bucks.
Fortnite has also added characters from popular movies like Mike Lowrey from Bad Boys, Dude from Free Guy, as well as shows like Rick and Morty. Several major Hollywood movies collaborate with Fortnite before their release. The game has also added Ariana Grande and Lebron James.
