From the creators of Frozen and Wreck it Ralph!, Walt Disney Animation studios is coming up with Big Hero 6 this 7 November (USA). It’s an American 3D computer-animated superhero film, inspired by the Marvel Comics superhero team with the same name.
This is the first animated alliance stuck between Marvel and Disney. Big Hero 6 is an action comedy adventure, set in the high-tech city of San Fransokyo, and revolves around Hiro and Baymax, and their team of first-time crime fighters.
The trailer released on 15 July, and has really created a lot of buzz around this co-venture between two mighty players in the industry. The music is really great and the trailer just about gives out the story, but leaves one asking for more. The character ‘Baymax’ is really likable and will certainly strike a chord with the kiddies, who will drive their folks to flock to the theatres on 7 November (US).
The CG-toon features the voices of Ryan Potter as Hiro, Scott Adsit as Baymax, along with Jamie Chung, T.J. Miller, Alan Tudyk, Maya Rudolph, James Cromwell and Damon Wayans Jr. Don Hall (Winnie the Pooh). Chris Williams (Bolt) is the director, with Roy Conli (Tangled) as the producer of the film.
