Publisher 2K confirms ‘WWE 2K23’ game

In terms of both critical acclaim and financial success, Take-Two Interactive and WWE experienced a successful comeback with WWE 2K22. Since the game’s first release and the release of its five DLC packs, there has been a lot of talk about it, but it appears that fans now have their first official confirmation of the series’ next instalment. Quarterly earnings report for the first quarter of 2023 was recently released by Take-Two Interactive and along with the mention of other games in the future release lineup, there was WWE 2K23. It was the official mention of the game WWE 2K23, which marks 2K’s partnership with WWE.

NBA 2K23, Rollerdrome, PGA Tour 2K23, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: Shattering Spectreglass (DLC), Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition (Mobile), Kerbal Space Program 2, OlliOlli World (DLC2), Marvel’s Midnight Suns, and Star Wars Hunters are among the games mentioned in that 2023 lineup in addition to WWE 2K23. The game doesn’t have a release date yet as it is only listed for fiscal year 2023. 

Along with the announcement of WWE 2K23, it was also mentioned that WWE 2K22 was a part of the company’s one billion dollars in unit sales for Q1 2022. Additionally, it is known that WWE 2K22 has been the most commercially successful title in the WWE 2K series since the firm acquired the licence in 2013.

The platforms for WWE 2K23 were not confirmed. Although many people would anticipate the same Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, the choice to continue using last-gen platforms has not yet been made.
