‘Critical Ops’ FPS mobile game hits 96 million downloads and launches new event ‘Lone Wolf’

Critical Ops, the mobile FPS game, has recently hit 96 million downloads and it launched a brand new in-game event Lone Wolf. Lone Wolf is the fourth event released this year which aims to introduce game modes with narrative elements to the game. Players can play through the story either as the Lone Wolf – a mysterious bandit fighting his own war – or as part of the troops trying to take him down in multiple limited-time PvP game modes during the event.

The event also includes a collectible weapon skin set featuring the armory of the Lone Wolf. Players will be able to obtain the skins through event-specific in-app purchases. The Lone Wolf’s signature collection reflects his own personal taste and worldview shaped by his dramatic history. This set includes his deadly Tomahawk, signature gloves, and various weapon skins with his signature red highlights.

Critical Ops is a competitive tactical shooter game for mobile devices. Two teams battle it out in a 5v5 defuse game mode using teamwork, tactics and skills to outplay the opposition. With a growing competitive scene, Critical Ops is one of the early pioneers in mobile esports, available for free on the App Store, Google Play and Amazon Appstore.

The tactical FPS action of Critical Ops has kept the game soaring and it recently passed the 96 million downloads mark and is closing in on the 100 million downloads milestone. With regular content updates, Critical Ops is expanding with new events, game modes, weapons and maps for players to enjoy.
