Web based company expands creative content

Online ideas company OpenAd.net has signed up nearly 2000 new creatives worldwide since Christmas 2005, expanding clients options to purchase advertising, marketing and design ideas directly over the internet. With the increase of new creatives, the members-only service allows companies to buy work off-the-peg in a virtual ‘Gallery’ from more than 5,300 creatives in 104 countries, or by posting their own briefs online, informs an official release. OpenAd.net co-founder Katarina Skoberne said, “OpenAd.net is gathering real momentum. It is the first company of its kind and there is interest in us from creatives who want to find new ways of selling their ideas and clients who want new ways of buying them.” Several creatives have big agency backgrounds as well as specialisms thus, OpenAd.net can be used to source a variety of ideas, from TV ads to direct mailshots and even PR stunts, adds the release. In addition, the company was also recently also nominated for a 2006 Webby Award – dubbed the ‘Online Oscars’ by Time Magazine.
