VOOT Kids partners with Green Gold Animation for 21 Bheem moviethon

Viacom18’s fast growing and fun learning platform for children, VOOT Kids, has inked a deal with Green Gold Animation for digital exclusive 21-movies centering around Chhota Bheem to provide entertainment and access to young viewers to their most loved character.

The official announcement comes after Green Gold Animation founder and CEO Rajiv Chilaka revealed this news to Animation Xpress on 30 January. This deal further expands the reach of one of the most popular animated IPs on digital platforms.

Debuting exclusively on the platform, The VOOT Kids Moviethon – Bheem special is an endeavour to bring Bheem and his fans a step closer than before. With 21 digital exclusive movies now available, the association with Green Gold Animation will further add depth to the app’s diverse content slate. The biggest blockbuster Bheem in the City will showcase Bheem in a new look, in a new city with a new adventure along with 20 other hits from the toon space. Every story is full of ‘masti’ and ‘acchai’, and Bheem’s endearing and empathetic quality along with good values that kids sublimely imbibe is what the platform stands true to.

Besides VOOT Kids, Chhota Bheem and content centering around him will also be available on other OTT platforms and Chilaka told ANX that they’re producing more half-hour episodes of the animated IP to be broadcast soon.
