Illusion Reality Studioz has teamed up with Kunal Kohli for his digital debut series, Ramyug, the first mythological series in the OTT space. A hybrid CGI series backed by heavy VFX, Ramyug will arrive on 6 May on MX Player.
Illusion Reality Studioz has gone to become the one stop destination for all animation and VFX needs across industries. Backed by Contiloe Pictures CEO Abhimanyu Singh, they have notable projects under their belt including State of Siege: 26/11, Mahayoddha Rama (animated feature), Battle of Saragarhi 21 Sarfarosh, Vignaharta Ganesha, American Pie Girls’ Rules and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. With the addition of Ramyug, the company is strengthening their portfolio even further.
Directed by Kunal Kohli, this magnum opus is the latest visual interpretation of the Ramayana that uses modern technology in a never seen before manner to narrate the epic. Touted to be one of the most ambitious projects in the entertainment industry, MX Original series Ramyug is the first mythological web series that has been produced from the ground up and will hit digital screens on 6th May.
