Event Registration and Attendance

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies set by Animation Xpress India Pvt Ltd hereby referenced as “organizer” and applicable laws. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate these terms without refund.

Ticket Validity and Transfer

• Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and location
• Each ticket admits one person only and includes access to all scheduled sessions, networking activities, and provided materials
• Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 72 hours before the event with written notification

Intellectual Property and Recording

• All presentations, materials, and content remain the intellectual property of respective speakers and organizers
• Recording (audio, video, or photography) by attendees is strictly prohibited without express written permission
• Attendees consent to being photographed/recorded by official event photographers for promotional purposes
• Sharing or distribution of event materials without permission is prohibited

Networking and Professional Conduct

• Attendees are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the event
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal
• Business solicitation should be conducted respectfully during designated networking periods
• Exchange of contact information is at individual discretion

Liability and Insurance

• Attendees participate at their own risk
• Organizers are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or theft during the event
• Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal insurance
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions) may necessitate event changes without liability

Data Usage and Marketing

• Registration information may be shared with event sponsors and partners for relevant business purposes
• Attendees may opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Professional networking is encouraged, but attendee contact information will not be sold to third parties

Event Changes

• Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, or venue with reasonable notice
• Significant changes will be communicated via email and event website
• Minor schedule adjustments do not constitute grounds for refund
