The season to celebrate is here! And the reasons to celebrate are far better. With the various channels available for the kids to watch, the broadcasters are all set to make this Christmas merrier with the many shows up for the kids on their favourite channels.
Here is what the broadcasters have in store for you this vacation:
Sony YAY!
Making the ‘Season of Giving’ even brighter, Sony YAY! is giving kids an extra special dose of their favourite characters in the form they love the most – movies!
Sony Pictures Networks India, Kids Genre business head Leena Lele Dutta commented, “Christmas is a very special time for kids and it has been our constant endeavour to bring fun and enjoyable content to them with their favourite YAY! toons. And what better time for kids than the Christmas holidays to dive into a world of merriment and binge-watch their favourites. Hence, this year we have planned to don the Santa hat and bring an array of content offerings that they will love.
As a big thank you and a celebratory conclusion of their festive campaign Party 75, the channel is presenting a power-packed line up of four movies back to back! Based on their show Sab Jholmaal Hai, – a comedy with hilarious adventures of an odd team of pets, the channel is presenting Honey Bunny and Secret Formula, Honey Bunny and Crazy Crazy Chase, Honey Bunny and Doggy’s Day Out which will air on 22, 23 and 24 December respectively at 10 am. The channel’s musical jodi Guru Bhole will feature in their own musical adventure movie Guru Aur Bhole and Hawa Hawai which will premiere on 25 December at 7.30 pm.
“Kids love adventure and laugh-out-loud comedies and these four movies, exclusively premiered for Christmas, will have exactly that. Not just this, throughout the holiday season, we have new episodes of kids favourite shows and lots of surprises on-ground,” Dutta added.
Disney Network
This holiday season, Disney Network will bring new stories and characters for kids to enjoy. Hungama TV, will be launching a new show Cingkus Blues, a story about two unlikely best friends Cing (Kuching) and Kus (Tikus) and their adventures where they travel in a country that looks and feels like Malaysia. Disney Channel will bring back the popular local animation characters – Eena Meena Deeka and their misadventures as they roll into yet another set of troubles. Disney International HD will entertain the young audiences with the India premiere of the original movie – Descendants 2 , which has been loved by audiences across the world.
POGO
POGO will stream new episodes of Super Bheem, as he saves the day with his eminent powers, 10 December onwards every Monday at 7 pm.
The fun continues as Chhota Bheem Movie: Dragon Kaala Ka Rahasya premieres on 23 December 2018, Sunday at 10.30 am and Super Bheem Bana Vajraveer on 30 December, Sunday at 10.30 am will make sure kids’ Sundays pack a punch!
Cartoon Network
Winter Special: Keep up with the never-ending chase between Oggy and the Cockroaches, while Kris from Roll No. 21 promises an adventurous year-end, from 26 December to 31 December 2018, 9 am onwards.
December Bole Toh Oggy! Join in the party as Oggy from Oggy and the Cockroaches celebrates his birthday with four new special episodes every Saturday, 11 am onwards. Also kids can enjoy back-to-back episodes from 22 December to 25 December 2018, 9 am onwards.

Little Singham finds out about their plan just in time, foils it, leading to a comedy of errors.
