Marvel’s 2016 release, The Captain America: Civil War seems to be garnering a lot of waves since its announcement. The film revolves around the open fight between allies Iron Man and Captain America where we will also get to see the likes of Ant-Man, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, Winter Soldier, Falcon, Hawkeye and Spiderman each taking sides on this epic battle.
The newly introduced web crawler played by Tom Holland will be seen sporting the traditional red and blue spidey suit in the film. One might be wondering how’s it a news? Yes, we have always seen Spiderman in a red and blue suit but what makes this suit interesting is the point that Spiderman was introduced in a red and gold costume given by Tony Stark in the comic world.
Rumors are there that Spiderman will have two costumes in the movie. One will be a “home-made” suit and the other one would be his official red-and-blue costume given by Tony Stark. This will then lead on to his solo movie which is set to release 2017.
The leading characters, Captain America and Iron Man will be played by Chri Evans and Robert Downey Jr respectively. The film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo with a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely.
The film is sequel the sequel to 2011’s Captain America: The First Avenger and 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. The film is expected to release on 6 May, 2016.
