S8UL has landed three nominations at the Esports Awards 2026, extending its remarkable run on the global stage and once again placing Indian gaming talent alongside some of the industry’s most influential names.
The organisation has been shortlisted for esports content group of the year for an unprecedented fifth consecutive year. Meanwhile, S8UL co-founder and CEO Animesh “Thug” Agarwal is back in contention for esports personality of the year after making history last year as the first Indian to win the honour. Adding to the celebration, creator Raj “Snax Gaming” Varma has earned his first nomination in the streamer of the year category.
Often described as the Oscars of esports, the Esports Awards recognise excellence across competitive gaming, content creation and industry leadership. This year’s shortlist sees S8UL competing against heavyweight organisations including T1, Team Vitality, G2 Esports, OpTic Gaming, NRG and 100 Thieves. In the personality category, Agarwal joins an elite field featuring Faker, Ibai, Caedrel, Jynxzi, Kameto, Magnus Carlsen and Boaster.
The nominations build on a legacy few organisations can match. S8UL has already claimed the esports content group of the year title four years in a row, cementing its reputation as one of the world’s most celebrated content-led gaming organisations. Last year’s victory for Agarwal further underlined India’s growing influence in the global esports conversation.

The spotlight is also shining brightly on Snax Gaming. After being shortlisted for esports content creator of the year in 2025, he has now levelled up with a nomination for streamer of the year, reflecting his growing impact as one of India’s most recognisable gaming personalities.

The nominations arrive during another milestone year for S8UL. The organisation was selected into the Esports World Cup Foundation’s Club Partner Program for a second consecutive year and has continued expanding its global footprint through international rosters, brand partnerships and competitive participation across multiple titles at the Esports World Cup 2026.
Operating from its S8UL Gaming House 2.0, the organisation is home to more than 25 gaming creators and has collaborated with over 250 brands, including iQOO, Monster Energy, Lenovo, Netflix, Krafton, Red Bull, Gillette, Campa Energy and AMD.
With voting now underway, S8UL finds itself in familiar territory, competing with the world’s biggest names while carrying the hopes of a rapidly growing gaming nation.
