Pogo is inviting its young viewers to be a part of its journey. It is giving them a chance to be a part of the story in Mr. Bean: The animated series along with the character Mr. Bean himself.
As part of ‘Bean Yourself Contest’, Pogo is asking kids to draw a picture of their favourite Mr. Bean and mail across the entries. The winner gets a chance to star along with the animated Mr Bean and his lovable teddy in one special episode.
As earlier reported by AnimationXpress.com, Turner Broadcasting is keen to launch season two of Mr. Bean: The Animated Series in April on Boomerang across all territories and Pogo in India. The reason for this was the incredible success of the earlier series.
Currently the first season airs on Pogo from Monday to Friday at 3:00 pm. For the contest, kids have time till 31 March to submit their entries.
2015 marks the 25th anniversary of the iconic character created by Tiger Aspect Entertainment. Over 50 artists are involved in the creation, including four art directors, 10 concept designers and 20 animators. The earlier season had over 500 people working on it since it was hand drawn but this time a lot of technology support is assisting them.
