Two Indian superheroes. One cosmic universe. And a battle that promises to turn the power dial all the way up.
Pogo has unveiled Rise of Anshaks: Heroes of Destiny, an anime-inspired crossover that brings Chhota Bheem and Little Singham together for the first time. The multi-part series will premiere in October 2026 exclusively on Pogo, with episodes available in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Marathi.
Billed as Pogo’s biggest crossover yet, the series takes its heroes far beyond their familiar worlds and into a cosmic battle between light and shadow. Each hour-long episode is designed to play more like a movie saga than a conventional animated episode, allowing the story to stretch its legs with longer arcs, bigger stakes and deeper world-building.
At the heart of the story are Chhota Bheem and Little Singham, who discover that they are heirs to the lost Jal and Agni Anshaks. Their mission is to protect the world’s elemental balance as an ancient cosmic war begins to stir again.
They will not be fighting alone. The duo is joined by new heroes Bhuvan, the Earth Anshak, and Aandhi, the Air Anshak. Together, they travel across hidden elemental realms, unlock new universes and uncover ancient secrets while learning to control their newfound powers.
Then there is Anashwari, a mysterious character whose role adds another layer to the unfolding mythology. Meanwhile, a host of villains are chasing the Elemental Cores, pushing the world closer to darkness.
Warner Bros. Discovery South Asia lifestyle and kids & factual entertainment head Sai Abhishek described,“Rise of Anshaks: Heroes of Destiny is our biggest bet yet. It’s a new universe reimagined with franchise-led thinking at its core, built around a whole new order of superheroes, villains and new characters. We are excited to bring our growing fanbase into the world of Anshaks, bringing iconic and beloved characters we’ve built over decades together with a brand-new lore and a fresh creative lens through anime-inspired storytelling. Our collaboration with Green Gold Animation and Reliance Animation at this scale, uniting Chhota Bheem and Little Singham in a uniquely cosmic setting, is a first for Indian animation and reflects the creative firepower of India’s animation talent.”
Green Gold Animation founder and CEO and Chhota Bheem creator Rajiv Chilaka shared, “Indian animation has reached a point where our stories can be ambitious in both scale and storytelling. With Rise of Anshaks, we are bringing together characters with strong emotional and cultural equity and placing them in a world that allows us to explore a very different kind of narrative. For Green Gold, the opportunity to take Chhota Bheem into this format while introducing new heroes and mythology is particularly exciting.”
Reliance Animation CEO Tejonidhi Bhandare stated, “Rise of Anshaks: Heroes of Destiny is a defining project for Reliance Animation, giving us the opportunity to push the boundaries of animation, action and storytelling at an unprecedented scale. Our ambition has always been to create world-class animation from India, and this collaboration with Pogo and Green Gold Animation brings that vision to life. We believe the series marks an important milestone for Indian animation and demonstrates our ability to create distinctive, globally relevant animated experiences.”
The crossover is being developed through a collaboration between Pogo, Green Gold Animation and Reliance Animation, bringing together two of India’s best-known homegrown heroes in an unusually cosmic setting.
