Last batch of free games including Renegade Ops released by Sega on Steam

Sega’s third annual Make War, Not Love promotion, where players can participate in a meta battle to unlock free DLC is leaving no stones unturned to attract gamers. Sega recently launched its latest and last set of free Steam games like Gunstar Heroes, Renegade Ops and Vikings: Battle For Asgard that will be available for a limited time.

To receive the code, one needs to enter their email address, though SEGA notes that it might take a few days for the code to get to the gamer because of the high volume of requests to work through. According to Sega, those who already signed up to receive the previous prize pack will not have to resubscribe in order to get the new keys sent to their inbox too.

In the first wave, Sega had made three games available on Steam for free allowing gamers to experience different titles like Jet Set Radio, Golden Axe and Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit whereas the second wave included Streets of Rage 2, Binary Domain and Condemned: Criminal Origins. Two pieces of DLC for Hell Yeah entitled Pimp My Rabbit Pack and Virtual Rabbit Missions were also included.

The “Make War Not Love” campaign finally concludes with the company releasing the last batch of free games on Steam. The third annual campaign had players of Company of Heroes 2, Total War Attila or Dawn of War 2 picking a side to unlock exclusive content for their chosen game.

According to Polygon, Sega said, Dawn of War 2 received the most playtime and its players were rewarded with free downloadable content. That prize can also be redeemed on the event page and will be sent out at a later date.
