Keyframe Studios’ IP ‘Adventures of Zeze Zebra’ debuts in China

London-based animation studio Keyframe Studios has delivered Series 2 of their popular preschool show Adventures of Zeze Zebra; 14 new episodes launching on streaming platforms Kidoodle in the US, Ketchup in the UK. The IP has been acquired by Cubestar in China and makes its debut on Tencent on 26 April with Youku and Iqiyi to follow. 

Building on the success of Series 1, a 2-minute nursery rhyme format, Series 2 takes the IP to the next level with thrilling adventures and exciting activities that will captivate and educate little ones. By incorporating core early learning topics, the show will spark curiosity in young minds and encourage further discussion between parents and children.

In Series 2, Zeze Zebra and her best friends embark on a journey of discovery in every episode, as they explore the world and all its wonders packed with fun and excitement that children will love; Zeze and her friends blast off to the moon, navigate the high seas, and discover ancient mysteries like the pyramids. In each new adventure, children will be inspired to learn, grow, and explore the world around them. Adventures of Zeze Zebra is full of education and entertainment, providing the perfect balance of learning and fun.

The show is not only an entertaining 4K CGI production but technologically innovative, output through Keyframe Studios’ bespoke real-time content production ecosystem, built around the leading game engine Unity. This has proved to be a highly efficient workflow tool for the creative team and is substantially more environmentally friendly than traditional render processes, consuming 200x less energy.
