In Week 48 of the TAM’s TV ratings, the mainstay kids channel from Viacom18 – Nick – has finally met its match as Disney’s younger sibling Hungama TV with 228 TVTs (215 TVTs) takes the pole position this week as Nick could only manage 225 TVTs (223 TVTs).
Coming in at third place was Disney Channel India with 202 TVTs (183 TVTs), the channel has managed to race past Cartoon Network which shed 10 TVTs (198 TVTs) to land up with 188 TVTs at number 4. And finally with 180 TVTs (186 TVTs) Pogo took the fifth position once again this week.
In terms of the reach of the channels, Nick and Cartoon Network were tied at 40 per cent followed by Pogo at 37 per cent.
