Garena unveils BOOYAH! platform for ‘Free Fire’ players to explore gaming video content

The developers behind Free Fire, Garena, has launched BOOYAH!, a new all-in-one platform for Free Fire players to discover and share game-related video content.

Available on both the Google Play Store and Apple iOS App Store, as well as via its web version, BOOYAH! aims to bring the gaming community together by being a dedicated platform for people of any background to create their own video content, chat with like-minded people, and play together with their favourite streamers. BOOYAH! is also running a series of special events to give users a chance to earn Free Fire in-game rewards and real money (in $).

BOOYAH! features live streaming of gameplay content that can also be re-streamed on Facebook Gaming, YouTube Gaming, and Twitch. Gamers active on Free Fire can also link their accounts to BOOYAH! allowing them to automatically generate a highlight reel of each match played.

BOOYAH! has also launched two online esports events. Scrim Wars, will have the top 48 teams in India battle it out for the monthly prize pool of Rs. 5,00,000. This event started on 28 April, and takes place every Tuesday and Wednesday. Streamers Battle will see the India’s top 12 Free Fire streamers battle it out for the monthly prize pool of 2,00,000 in Free Fire Diamonds. This event started on 30 April, and takes place every Thursday and Friday.
