‘Furious 7: Vengeance hits home’ official trailer released, nears 10 mn views in 1 day

Continuing the global exploits in the unstoppable franchise built on adrenaline and speed, Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson lead the returning cast of Fast & Furious 7 now called Furious 7. James Wan helms this instalment of the hugely successful series that also welcomes back favorites Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Elsa Pataky and Lucas Black.

They are joined by international action stars new to the franchise including Jason Statham, Djimon Hounsou, Tony Jaa, Ronda Rousey and Kurt Russell. Neal H. Moritz, Vin Diesel and Michael Fottrell return to produce the film scribed by Chris Morgan.

Furious 7 is Paul Walker’s last film, before the actor died in a tragic car accident on 30 November 2013. After Walker’s death his brother Cody and Caleb Walker completed the remaining scenes.

“F&F7′” has officially been titled “Furious 7”, the first poster of which has already been released. It gives a sneak peek at Dominic Toretto’s (Diesel) gang members. The film is speculated to be a revenge thriller. The film’s main antagonist is Statham who would be playing the role of Ian Shaw and would go after Toretto’s gang. Furious 7 is set to hit theatres on 3 April 2015.

The trailer kicks off with an epic series of events that leaves us breathless, and there’s still a minute and a half left after that to enjoy familiar faces and awesome cars!
