Fans of Disney’s Frozen, won’t have to wait long as the Mouse House has confirmed that a short film titled Frozen Fever, will debut in theatres before its live-action adaptation of Cinderella.
Directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, Frozen Fever will see Elsa and Kristoff try to give Anna the best birthday celebration ever. Unfortunately, Elsa’s frozen powers get in the way and put the party at risk.
Frozen is the biggest animated feature of all time, which made more than Ł800 million at the worldwide box office.
The short will also feature a new original song by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.Voice actors Kristen Bell (Anna), Idina Menzel (Elsa), Jonathan Groff (Kristoff) and Josh Gad (Olaf) will also to return to their Frozen roles in the short.
Frozen was announced the fifth highest-grossing film in box office history and won two Oscars, for best animated feature and best original song for Let It Go.
