Prestige Group has introduced Disney-themed residences in Kochi with the launch of Prestige Hillside Gateway.
The group has partnered with Disney Consumer Products (India) to offer Disney and Marvel inspired interiors and exteriors at Prestige Hillside Gateway, situated in Kakkanad.
According to Irfan Razack – CMD, Prestige Group, the company has received overwhelming response for its debut project and hoped that these Disney-themed homes will also receive the same recognition from customers.
Located in Kakkanad – a prime, high demand zone close to Infopark, SmartCity and the Cochin Special Economic Zone, Kochi’s first Disney-themed residences will have luxury villas and premium apartments which are co-located with a world-class mall.
The high-end homes have a three-storey clubhouse with swimming pool, mini theatre, and a multi purpose room.
