This year’s WWE SummerSlam is already shaping up to be a cracker event. After the official announcement that Brock Lesnar aka The Beast will go one on one with The Undertaker, who has returned to avenge his lost streak from Wrestlemania XXX; things have further heated up with Seth Rollins also going head to head with John Cena in a Title vs Title match with both the US Championship Title and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship up for grabs.

But what has really managed to grab everyone’s attention is a very unique match-up between a TV star and a WWE wrestler. Well it was about time now! After months of being called out and taunted by the bizarre Stardust (Cody Rhodes), Arrow‘s leading man Stephen Amell finally confronted Golddust’s younger crazy superstar brother on his home turf. With WWE’s SummerSlam around the corner, it seems they were bound to face off at the company’s premiere summer event. Before the two encountered one another, Amell was interviewed ringside by Renee Young about being a fan, and why he’s was present at RAW that night.

After a match between Neville and King Barrett, with Neville picking up the victory, Stardust came to the ring and attacked the ‘Man That Gravity Forgot’. Stardust then confronted Amell who was sitting in the front row and attacked the CW star. Amell swooped over the barricade and dove into the ring, landing several hits on Stardust before getting pulled back by security. Later, backstage, Triple H confronted Amell about invading his ring. Amell begged to be put in a match, Triple H obliged. “Don’t bring a stuntman, this is on you,” Triple H said.

And finally, Stardust and Amell’s feud will culminate to SummerSlam where Amell will tag with Neville and they will square off against Stardust and King Barrett. With Amell being referred to as ‘The Green Arrow’, we are certain that he will be showing up in his emerald costume.
