Creative Mentors honoured as the best animation and gaming college in south India

Creative Mentors is a professional animation college by real-time animation industry professionals, offering career oriented graduation & short time courses in the thriving fields of Animation, Gaming & Visual effects. The institute to its credit was awarded as the best animation and gaming college in Andhra Pradesh for 2013 at Asian education Excellencyawards-2013, New Delhi.

Recently Creative Mentors Animation College bagged a Brands Academy Education Excellence Award for the most promising animation & Gaming College in South India.

Among the schools which were in the running for the coveted title Creative Mentors was the front runner. While speaking to AnimationXpress.com Reddy reveals: “I am obliged to receive this award; we started out as a small school and now we have had a long journey. We are confident to accomplish our targets in the coming years.”

The college started about eight years ago and ever since its birth has only gone onto expand and has placed around 1500 students with international/domestic studios and corporate companies after their successful completion of training.

Creative Mentors has placement tie ups with some of the biggest Animation, VFX and gaming companies in India like Disney, DQ Entertainment, Pixion, Ken Studios, Basking Lions Animation, Rhythm And Hues, Prime Focus and many more.

Reddy says: “The gaming industry is doing well at the moment, a lot of mobile games are being developed by gaming companies and independent gamers, nowadays you don’t require manpower for developing games; all one requires is to have the right skills and creativity to develop a game.”

It has introduced various programs for animation and gaming in the recent past; this program is four years long which gives them the opportunity to teach make the students a well-rounded professional.

Creative Mentors is recognised by universities like JNTU Fine arts university, Bachelor of fine arts (BFA) in Animation, Mahatma Gandhi University, BA-VFXA, for various graduation program.
