ASUS ZenFone Zoom launched; a smartphone that focuses on photography

ASUS has launched ZenFone Zoom in India, a smartphone that will enhance the photography feature in mobile phones. This product of the Taiwanese mobile company priced at Rs. 37,999 will give a DSLR experience due to its camera centric focus.

With 13MP PixelMaster camera, ZenFone Zoom uses 3X optical zoom with a 10-element HOYA lens arrangement to deliver exceptional clarity and enable close-ups ranging up to 12X total magnification. In order to eliminate shakes and blurred shots, it has built-in optical image stabilization (OIS) powered by a 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom processor with 4GB RAM.

Featuring a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display coupled with the Corning Gorilla Glass 4, the 12mm body of the smartphone weighs 185 grams. The metal unibody tapers to a mere 5mm, so that it slides comfortably into a pocket.

Asus has also added a five megapixel front-facing camera for selfie obsessed fans and the 3000mAh battery keeps the phone active to store large amount of data due to its 128 GB internal storage.
