Z-Software GmbH, a game development studio known for titles such as Autobahn Police Simulator 2 and Dustwind, has announced that it will be expanding its team thanks to the acquisition of Silver Seed Games. Both companies agreed that this acquisition will be a step that will benefit both teams and their respective goals.
Z-Software CEO Andreas Heldt said, “We are pleased that our friends from Magdeburg have decided to join us. We appreciate the reliability of Silver Seed Games, that we have seen during our previous cooperation.”
Silver Seed Games CEO Enrico Gebert added, “We are happy about this great step. It is a good sign for our region, for our company and for our team. It helps us to do what we want: Developing games. It was a good opportunity at the right time!“
This acquisition will allow both companies to grow and expand, realise their goals on the gaming market and diversify Z-Software’s portfolio of games even more. With the integration of the team from Magdeburg, the company has now grown to 18 employees and is placed in two locations in Germany.
