Arun Gupta, CEO of India‘s leading mobile content developer and publisher Mauj Telecom has put in his papers.
Speaking exclusively to AnimationXpress.com, Arun Gupta confirmed that he had resigned from the company and would be with Mauj for the next few weeks. “I have been with Mauj since it was founded in August 2003 and I have witnessed its growth over the years” said Gupta.
“The Company started with one or two people and with the journey of almost four years we are extremely well spaced and now we have a strong and highly efficient team of around 160 members and with the contribution of all the team members, we are one of the largest new media consumer brands in South Asia and also globally. Moreover, companies like Intel and Sequioa Capital are our venture partners.
In a career spanning over 18 years in the technology and entertainment space, Gupta has in his previous stints with companies like StarIndia, MTV, CNET, and Yahoo.
Mauj Telecom is a part of People Group and was founded in August 2003 by Anupam Mittal, Chairman of Mauj Telecom.
