Game review: Thief

Game Title Thief

Developer: Eidos Montreal

PS3, PS4, PC and XBOX One

While I watched Thief’s trailer, two features which widened my eyes the most were– background and graphics of the video, however, that alone just doesn’t prove worthiness of the game. Before its release, Thief’s official website –www.thiefgame.com had updated their website with phenomenal graphics to guide the gamers about bows, claw, arrows, rules and navigation.  Indeed, the game is expensive at Rs.999 for PC, PS 3 and X360 @ Rs.2,999 and for PS4 @ Rs. 3,499.  But there’s much gamers can explore from Master Thief – Garrett’s game set.

“Initially, he used to steal to survive; now he survives to steal”.  The game opens the “evil” in you, player gets to learn stuff like – snatching wallets, outwit the militia, fool guards and reach Baron.  Garrett sees and sneaks through everything hidden in the game, call it super-powers. He has some friends too, the ones who guide, aren’t supportive though. Garrett is pictured on various “Wanted” posters but that doesn’t discourage him.  Levels are designed with utmost precision.

Visualisation is way too exciting, and the journey too. Adding to it, sound effects and Garrett’s intelligence would embrace your keenness to stick to this set for a pretty long time. NOTE –Don’t risk playing this game without logging on to the Thief’s official website which would raise your enthusiasm levels right before trying your hands on Thief.

PS –Theif will help you finish your thieving skills.
