After “BSE Portfolio Tracker”, Indore based Astute Systems Technology Pvt. Ltd. has launched its new game “Astute Stock Mania”.
Speaking about the game to AnimationXpress.com, Meahul Kotharii, Head, Mobile content Alliance, Astute said, “Astute Stock Mania is a client server based game with a theme of fantasy money and real stocks. Astute Stock Mania application is a unique and innovative service that will provide our mobile customers with the opportunity to experience a simulation of real-time trading with shares listed on the BSE and managing their “virtual stock portfoli”, without any actual financial transactions or implications. This would leverage the understanding of Stock Market closely since the entire application resembles the actual scenario.”
“Every user will be conferred some virtual amount which he has to use to trade on. The user has to continue this process throughout the month. At the end of the month one who collects maximum profit from trading, would be declared as winner and also he will be awarded with Grand Prizes” he further added.

Initially, Astute Stock Mania is available on the Reliance network on a pay per play model with Rs 3 for every session. Gradually the game would be launched across networks and in various formats for consumption.
The development of this 2D application for Indian platforms was started in the second week of October and was completed in one and a half months. Astute Stock Mania is also being developed in 3D for the global platform, which will have upgrades including charts, graphs, analysis, statistics, and announcement and so on. Six people team have worked on the development, designing, testing and marketing.
