F1 22 (1 July): F1 22 is a racing video game the fifteenth entry in the F1 series by Codemasters. The game holds an official license of the 2022 Formula One and Formula 2 championships. As the new regulation was implemented for the 2022 Formula One World Championship, the game would feature new car models with updated physics.To match the track configurations on the calendar, the game will update their layouts, including Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Yas Marina Circuit, and Albert Park Circuit, as well as adding the Miami International Autodrome for the calendar newcomer, the Miami Grand Prix.Formula One sprint will also be included in the game. In addition to feature a new adaptive AI, which would adjust the pace of AI cars according to the performance of players to ensure players are competitive from race-to-race, the game would introduce a customisable hub mode called F1 Life to allow players to collect supercars, clothing, and accessories.

AI: The Somnium Files – Nirvana Initiative (8 July):
AI: The Somnium Files is an adventure video game. It is set in Tokyo and follows detective Kaname Date, who investigates serial killings and enters suspects’ memories to extract information to help solve them. is split into two types of sections: investigation and somnium parts.The story progresses through branching paths leading to multiple different endings, based on choices the player makes; the player only gets a full view of the story by playing through each route.Rather than starting over from the beginning several times to see different paths, the player can skip directly to the branching points using an in-game flow chart.During the investigation parts, the player character, as detective Kaname Date, uses his artificial intelligence unit Aiba’s functions, such as X-ray vision and zooming, to further the investigation in the real world. During the somnium parts, Date uses a machine called the Psync Machine to enter the memories of suspects or key witnesses who do not want to share information with him, in the form of dreamscapes called “somnium”, to find clues and extract the information by solving puzzles.

Rune Factory 5 (13 July): Rune Factory 5 is a role-playing simulation video game. As with previous games in the series, gameplay features the ability to farm and tame monsters. Players can also form social connections with the game’s townfolks, including ones with bachelors or bachelorettes leading to marriage.A hero loses their memory and ends up joining SEED, a group of rangers operating in the small town of Rigbarth. The hero is encouraged to tend the land and complete tasks for the townspeople, as well as battle monsters in order to maintain the peace. Players control a male or female hero with the default names of either Ares or Alice, respectively.

He is given the honourable task of gathering the disgusting ingredients for Satan’s infamous birthday pie. To do so, Nate must venture out into the overworld and do whatever it takes to ensure those ingredients are secured in time, or there’ll be hell to pay! Luckily Nate isn’t alone on this quest, his ‘pet’ angel Nugget is there to offer support. Nugget offers his holy insight when needed, but more importantly is chained to Nate, so can be used like a grappling hook or swung around as a weapon. Nate can also equip horns he finds across the world to give him new hellish abilities. Together Nate and Nugget will explore insane environments, meet tons of repugnant characters and witness some truly shocking sights. Hell Pie is a seriously twisted take on the classic mascot platformer, come along for the ride if you think you can stomach it!

Wayward Strand (21 July): Wayward Strand is a heartfelt story, told in a curious way. Hop aboard an airborne hospital to meet an eclectic, fully-voiced cast. Staff and patients carry on with their richly interwoven lives as time passes for everyone on board; each and every playthrough is an opportunity to discover something new. It’s the summer of 1978, and Casey Beaumaris is trying to make the most of her holidays, when her mum asks her to spend a long weekend helping out at the airborne hospital where she works.As players see someone, can follow them, see where they go and what they get up to. Can eavesdrop on peoples’ conversations, or come into the room and be a part of the discussion. Spending time with particular characters will lead you to new storylines, locations, revelations and resolutions.As the journalist for her school newspaper, Casey keeps track of events and information in her notebook. Players use Casey’s notebook to delve deeper into peoples’ stories, to make new discoveries, and to piece together mysteries.

Platforms: PC, Nintendo Switch Digimon Survive (29 July): Digimon Survive is an upcoming visual novel video game with survival strategy role-playing elements. Player choices influence the direction of the story, including the Digimon’s digivolution process. Multiple playthroughs can result in different paths and different digivolutions. The game will feature multiple endings and should wrong choices be made, characters will be killed. The game is split into multiple types of gameplay, such as “Drama Parts”, “Search Action”, “Free Action”, and “Free Battle”. During “Drama Parts” the game proceeds as a text adventure to tell the story. In “Search Actions”, the player searches for a way to survive. In “Free Action”, the player chooses where to go and whom to talk during a limited window of time. During “Free Battle”, the player can enter certain areas to train their Digimon and collect items.
