Destiny 2: The Witch Queen (22 February): Destiny 2: The Witch Queen is an upcoming major expansion for Destiny 2, a first-person shooter video game. The Witch Queen will introduce a new location, Savathûn’s Throne World, within the Ascendant Realm. In addition to world activities, a new raid associated with the Throne World will be introduced. Two additional dungeons will also be added over the course of the expansion. New and existing story content will be expanded with a new “Legendary” difficulty, designed to be challenging for single players but with improved rewards for completing. At the same time, some content from Forsaken (2018) will enter the Destiny Content Vault and be removed from the game; this will include the Tangled Shore destination and its activities, but not the Dreaming City, the Last Wish raid, the Shattered Throne dungeon, or the strikes. Ahead of this, Forsaken’s campaign was made free-to-play for all players on 7 December 2021, with a bundle pack available to purchase to access the endgame content for players who did not already own Forsaken. While the other seasonal activities from Beyond Light (2020) will be removed with The Witch Queen, the Battlegrounds activity from Season of the Chosen (season 13) will remain as a Vanguard Operations with the other existing strikes.

Martha is dead, and her twin sister Giulia, the young daughter of a German soldier, must alone deal with the acute trauma of loss and the fallout from her murder. The hunt for the truth is shrouded by mysterious folklore and the extreme horror of war that draws ever closer.

Elden Ring (25 February): Elden Ring is an upcoming action role-playing game made in collaboration with fantasy novelist George R. R. Martin, who provided material for the game’s setting. Elden Ring takes place in the realm of the Lands Between, sometime after the destruction of the titular Elden Ring and the scattering of its shards, the Great Runes. Once graced by the Ring and the Erdtree which symbolizes its presence, the realm is now ruled over by the demigod offspring of Queen Marika the Eternal, each possessing a shard of the Ring that corrupts and taints them with power. As a Tarnished—exiles from the Lands Between who lost the Ring’s grace—summoned back after the Shattering, players must traverse the realm to ultimately find all the Great Runes, restore the Elden Ring, and become the Elden Lord.

GRID Legends (25 February): Grid Legends is an upcoming racing video game and fifth installment in the Grid franchise. It offers more than 130 tracks to race on, ranging from real-life circuits like Brands Hatch and Indianapolis Motor Speedway to street circuits in various cities such as San Francisco, Paris, London, and Moscow. The game will also feature more than 100 vehicles, including touring cars, semi-trailer truck, open-wheel car, stadium trucks, drift cars, or even electric vehicles to compete in arena ovals, on street circuits and off-road racing. The same virtual set tech used in the American Space Western television series The Mandalorian is also harnessed the same. For the first time in the series, players will be able to create their own races, including custom routes, obstacles, vehicle restrictions, and rules.

Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream (25 February): This is a story about one of the adventures Sophie the Alchemist had after she left her hometown of Kirchen Bell. It is centered around Sophie’s quest of searching for Plachta after they are separated in a dream world of Erde Wiege, and the new friends they meet there. This game incorporates new multi-link turn battles that feature six party members divided in two teams and begin seamlessly when players encounter enemies while exploring. The combat experience is enriched by a multitude of special effects and actions, including special Dual Trigger skills that involve two of the team members attacking in unison. This game features an accessible puzzle-like synthesis system where player place ingredients on a panel to create new items. Players can choose to use either the Standard Panel or the Restricted Panel, which will increase both the difficulty level and the rewards. While each region of Erde Wiege has fixed weather, player will be able to change this with the help of special tools. Changing the weather will allow player to not only change the scenery when visiting the same area but also gain access to new, previously inaccessible places.
