Headquartered in Mumbai, Vimanika Comics has joined forces with The Write Order, a Pratilipi group of companies, with the aim to take the varieties of interesting and mythology comics to readers across India. Vimanika Comics is well known for its popular historical titles including Shiva, Kalki, Dashaavtar, Durga, and Kaala Paani comics among others.
Commenting about the association, Vimanika Comics founder Karan Vir Arora said, “Association with The Write Order brings lots of hope, we believe that it will take our comics to the next level by reaching maximum number of readers. Shiva, Kalki, and Kaala Paani comics will see the daylight finally. The Write Order is the largest publishing company, our partnership will aim to expand the marketing and distribution of the existing comics in stores across the country. You can also see various new IPs coming up, with new interesting and different storylines.”
According to the founder, this association will revolutionize the comic consumption pattern as it is going to be available to readers through digital platforms.
Vimanika Comics will be launching a new comic book featuring Maharana Pratap, and also planning to launch a Lord Shri Ram idol this Diwali along with their upcoming graphic novel Ramayana–The Legends of Maryadha Purshottam.
