Gurgaon based Rocket Science Animation Studio has freshly delivered two animated TV commercials for IBIBO and have animated a total of 4 Tvc’s with the other two slated to be aired in a few weeks.
Founded in 2009, Rocket Science Animation studio specializes in Animatics, Viral films, Tvc’s, Print graphics and channel packaging and brings out animated stuff for coveted names HP, NDTV,DISCOVERY CHANNEL,RELIANCE, AIRCEL, UNION BANK, DOMINOS and long list to go.
Currently noticed on all major channels, The concept of the Go Ibibo Commercials focuses on the fact that people are still get misguided by travel agents, and end up paying much higher prices for travel and to avoid such misguidance, it would be beneficial to log on to GOIBIBO.COM and grab bookings with best travel deals /prices.
Gautam Singh and VivekAnanda Roy are the Directors for this Animated TV Series with Akshay Kumar Bhat executing 2D Animation, Anil Meena working on the Modeling and Rendering front, Hage Nobin doing the Animatics and Animation and last but not the least Roy Menzes tuning up the music.
The Team of Rocket Science Animation took about a week to complete the Pre-Production for the tvc series including research, design of sets and characters, storyboards and Animatics with 2 months taken to complete the range of entire tvc series. To give a unique look and feel, the tvc series is based in a small congested office near Pahargunj area of Delhi, which exposes a darky, shady and underhand kind of mood.
Expressing thoughts on the GO IBIBO TVC Series, Gautam Singh, Director of the Tvc Series, shared, “The GOIBIBO TVCs were the dream come true project for our animation studio. From complete Freedom in developing the ideas/concepts to designing the characters and look and feel of the films and then seeing it get so much of airtime is a big thrill.”
Informing about the interesting aspect of the GO IBIBO tvc series, Gautam Singh, Director of the Tvc Series, shared, “The pre production was a very interesting point for this tvc series. Our team traveled to many travel agencies of Delhi and clicked pics with studying a lot of travel agents for quirky mannerisms. We wanted to get a very sleazy, out to cheat client’s character into our antagonist and I believe the most important stage was the design stage, where we designed the Agent and boy to have attitude and humor.”
The biggest challenge for Rocket Science Animation Studio was showing the concepts in just 20 seconds of time and making sure all films don’t become similar to each other. At present, Rocket Science Animation Studio is working on cinema animation for DT Cinemas, A 3D animated short film, and 2 IPAD apps aimed towards preschool education.
