Outlook Enterprises to further expand their Baltimore City headquarters

Outlook Enterprises LLC, a full-service media production and animation studio recently announced that they are planning to expand its Baltimore City headquarters. The company has leased an additional 27,000 square-feet of space located on East Biddle Street, which will allow for increased production and operations management. Outlook Enterprises expects to add 150 new full-time jobs in the city over the next two years.

“Outlook Enterprises’ expansion will not only help the company reach its full potential, but it will also help enhance the Baltimore City business community. We are looking forward to the outcomes of this project and the benefits it holds for Baltimore’s job market,” said governor Larry Hogan.

“We chose Baltimore for its perfect blend of technology, art, and know-how. As a computer-based animation studio, we could have set up operations pretty much anywhere. It all came down to will and support. As one of the first animation/VFX studios in the region, we couldn’t be happier with the decision to park Outlook in Charm City,” said Outlook Enterprises founder and CEO Trevor Pryce.

BDC is thrilled that Outlook chose to locate its headquarters in the recently restored Hoen Lithograph building to be part of East Baltimore’s revitalization by supporting community investment and creating jobs for residents,” said Baltimore Development Corporation president and CEO Colin Tarbert.

Outlook Enterprises is a growing visual production company that specializes in youth and pop culture media content catered toward children. The company, founded by former Baltimore Ravens defensive lineman Trevor Pryce  uses a variety of animation, production, sound mixing tools, and equipment to create unique content for its customers. The company currently has ongoing partnerships with networks and streaming services such as Netflix and Nickelodeon.

To assist with project costs, the Maryland Department of Commerce has approved a $450,000 conditional loan through Advantage Maryland, formerly the Maryland Economic Development Assistance Authority and Fund (MEDAAF). Additionally, Baltimore Development Corporation is providing a $200,000 conditional loan, which was approved by the Board of Estimates today. The company is also eligible for various state and local tax credits.
