Legendary duo Key and Peele are back on screen with Netflix’s spooky stop-animation film ‘Wendell and Wild’

Netflix revealed the first look of its stop-motion animated film Wendell and Wild. The film is directed by Henry Selick and is penned by Jordan Peele, Keegan-Michael Key and Clay McLeod Chapman. It features both Peele and Key as demon brothers Wendell and Wild, along with their sister Helly (Angela Bassett). This film covers the adventures of the demon brothers who escape the underworld.

The makers have unveiled a video clip from the movie as a part of Netflix’s Geeked Week 2022. In the mysterious video Kat (Lyric Ross) is seen entering a school in the middle of the night. The rebellious girl discovers what she’s looking for after sneaking into a classroom and breaking into the teacher’s desk: Bearzebub, presumably a haunted stuffed toy. The clip ends with a zoom out shot of Kat’s boombox, which encourages the fans to keep their eyes open for more announcements.

Other cast members included in the film are Tamara Smart as Siobhan, James Hong as Father Bests, Sam Zelaya as Raul and Ving Rhames as Buffalo Belzer.
