FICCI to organize 1st FICCI Frames Market at Frames 2012

FICCI Frames 2012, the three day global convention covering the entire gamut of Media & Entertainment is slated to be held from 14th to 16th March 2012 at Renaissance, Powai, Mumbai. For the first time at FRAMES, there will a dedicated marketplace- FICCI FRAMES MARKET (FFM). The Market will be a place to buy, sell, finance and partner with entertainment content from all over the world.

Some of the confirmed international buyers, sales agents and distributors are from countries like- Korea, China, USA, Sweden, France, Australia, Japan, Germany, Italy, Finland, UK, Denmark, Indonesia, Switzerland, Poland, South Africa, Hungary, Canada and Lebanon.

Apart from the usual FICCI Frames this year brings new initiative like the European Film Co-production Lounge.One can explore and expand their project’s potential by having one on one project meetings on film co-production, financing and shooting location possibilities in Europe with the Directors of EurIndiaMedia the official representative of the European Film Commission Network.

Also Max Howard from Max Howard Consulting Group will be conducting a Masterclass on Producing Independent Animated Feature Films for the International Marketplace. And LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) will be conducting daylong workshops on screenplay writing.

Japan is the Partner Country to FICCI-FRAMES 2012. Japan is known for its amazing quality, technology, media, and entertainment.
