Initiated by AnimationXpress.com, AITF (Animation & Interactive Technology Forum) is a knowledge sharing and networking platform (for the Animation, VFX & Games ecosystem) that is committed to and focused on technology, the technology professional, best practices and innovation. The 1st edition held in Mumbai in September 07 (presented by Intel) was very well recieved by the Industry where around 150 technology professionals and entrepreneurs participated.
The 2nd edition of AnimationXpress.com’s AITF is all set to take place on Wednesday, 9 January 2008 in Mumbai. The event is being organised by AnimationXpress.com , co-organised by DuxSoft Pvt Ltd and sponsors include Microsoft (Presenting Sponsor), Intel, HP & Dell (Supporting Sponsors).
More than 25 top technology brains as well as industry leaders are slated to speak and share their perspectives at the 9th Jan event. The technology line up includes KP (Krishna Prasad), Jai Natarajan (who is active in the business, community as well as technology front), Anantha Krishna, Rajesh Pai, Shajy Thomas, Neil Sadwelkar, Pramod Dhawal, Burnydharan, Aamir Shahenshah, Guru Vaidya, Kushal Shah, Hariharan G and Dhiren Shah amongst others.

There are many innovative formats that have been concieved for the 2nd AITF. This includes joint case study presentations by vendors and studios wherein HP�s Sajeev and Crest�s Shajy T will make a joint presentation on the deployment of High performance computing storage solutions to solve bottlenecks and R&H India�s Rajesh Pai and Jay Kushal Exports Kushal Shah will jointly present on High Performance Results with Low Cost Assembled & Hybrid Solutions.
Also planned is the One on One mentoring format, wherein panel discussions (in the main Hall) on conclusion, will move onto a smaller zone for closed group discussions and one on one mentoring by the panelists.
The packed event shall also include the AnimationXpress Technology Honors as well as the launch presentation of DuxSoft’s services offerings.
The 2nd edition of AITF will be held on Wednesday, 9 Jan 2008, 10:30 am onwards at Raheja Classique Club, Andheri West Mumbai.
