Marvel drops ‘Avengers: End Game’ trailer

The end of Avengers: Infinity War left the fans shocked with many of our beloved superheroes pixelating away into oblivion, and Marvel’s latest trailer for Avengers: Endgame has built on that narrative. It features an intense recap of the previous instalment which delves deeper into the fates of the superheroes

Like previous trailer,  the directors have been stingy with the details for what will follow in the big finale.  But a recurrent theme is that the Avengers will do whatever it takes to try and undo the damage that Thanos (Josh Brolin) has done.

Adrift in space with no food or water, Tony Stark sends a message to Pepper Potts as his oxygen supply starts to dwindle. Meanwhile, the remaining Avengers — Thor, Black Widow, Captain America and Bruce Banner — must figure out a way to bring back their vanquished

Avengers are seen to be trying to conjure whatever they can in their capacity to reverse the tragedy and bring back their compatriots.  The trailer does give us a small glimpse: a scene with Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel and Thor (Chris Hemsworth), in their blockbuster debut last week to joining forces with Avengers

Fans have been desperate to see more about the forthcoming MCU flick, but the studio is obviously careful about revealing any sensitive information.

Avengers: Endgame hits theatres on 23 April 2019
