One of India’s premiere animation studios, Green Gold Animation, lost out on the services of one of its oldest employees in Govinda Talluri recently. Govinda, who looked after the business development for the overall studio, recently put down his papers.
“Govinda has been a great asset to the company and he has really helped Green Gold Animation by playing a key role in establishing, designing, implementing & executing international sales, digital business and licensing & merchandising divisions through strategic consulting,” revealed Green Gold Animation founder & MD Rajiv Chilakalapudi exclusively to AnimationXpress.com. “We wish him the very best for his future endeavours and would personally like to thank him for his years of dedication and commitment for the firm.”
An experienced and ambitious media professional with extensive working experience as a business leader across Asia, North America and Europe; Govinda was involved in driving businesses from startup level to establish them in different business verticals and his skill sets include a mix of technology & business development.
Speaking to AnimationXpress.com Govinda confirmed the news: “Yes, I have moved on from Green Gold Animation and would now be looking after a completely different portfolio, more aligned towards new media. But, I would like to thank the complete team at Green Gold for all the support and encouragement over the years, and I will be taking those learnings to my new assignment.”
Govinda also holds a Masters degree in consultancy management from Birla Institute of Technology & Science and a bachelor’s degree in electronics & telecommunication from Marathwada University.
