Bond is back in Comics

The thriller suspense superstar, James Bond, will now be starring once again in a comic book James Bond: Vargr. After 20 years of silence in the comic world, the 007 hero is back to create thrill and lead to the revelations of new mysteries.

Created by Warren Ellis and Jason Masters for Dynamite Comics, this comic series will be available at comic book shops on 4 November. Since Warren’s incomplete “Goldeneye” (1996), the bond between ‘Bond and Comic’ was broken but with this comeback series, 007 will take over a case left behind by a fallen 00 agent. However Fleming’s original Bond starting from his first novel Casino Royale, will undergo transformation or updation of character to suite the modern setting.

The six-issue story arc series, Vargr will be published by Dynamite in partnership with the Fleming family company Ian Fleming Publications.

For all the fans of the brutal spy, who emerges victorious through life threatening risks, this comic will be a blend of numerous mysteries that will be unveiled in the Bond style. Moreover, comic lovers can go on an adventurous voyage along with their character, find themselves in dangerous situations but ultimately solve the pieces of the puzzle in an iconic style.
