‘Bluey’ Easter episode to premiere on Disney Junior and ABC Kids on 4 April

Bingo points out to Bluey that there is an Easter egg shape made of magnets on the fridge.

Kids and families everywhere are going to have a great time during Easter this year with the premiere of an “egg-stra” adorable new holiday-themed special episode of Bluey, the popular hit animated series from Down Under, that bounds onto Disney Junior as well as ABC Kids on Easter Day, 4 April 2021.

In ‘Easter’, Bingo is convinced the Easter Bunny has forgotten them (just like last year), until big sister Bluey finds a series of clues that leads them on a fun Easter egg treasure hunt! Then, in ‘Barky Boats’, another new story, Bluey and Mackenzie are excited to spend time with their two buddies, but when the older kids run off to play without them, their teacher Calypso explains that growing up can be hard.

Bluey has become renowned among fans young and old for its hilarious – and very relatable – depiction of childhood and family life featuring the imagination-packed adventures of Bluey, the inexhaustible six-year-old Blue Heeler pup, her four-year-old little sister, Bingo, and her Mum and Dad.

The animated show was created by Joe Brumm with Queensland production group Ludo Studio. It was co-commissioned by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and the British Broadcasting Corporation, with BBC Studios holding global distribution and merchandising rights. The series made its premiere on Disney Junior in the United States and was released internationally on Disney+.
