Moonscoop announces second season of Chloe’s Closet

Moonscoop, the worldwide brand management and entertainment company representing properties from some of the leading animation producers across the globe, is set to produce a second season of its magical preschool show Chloe’s Closet.

Moonscoop will co-produce a further 52×11’ episodes of the series with German children’s broadcaster KI.KA and Kids Workout Factory (KWOF) in Benelux and Ireland’s Telegael. Delivery is scheduled for mid 2013 with a first episode ready for MIPCOM 2012.

Lionel Marty, President Worldwide Sales at Moonscoop said: “With top-ratings in many territories, the first season of Chloe’s Closet has proven to be very successful internationally and the consumer products campaign is gaining momentum with Golden Bear recently signed as master toy licensee. The property is firing on all fronts so it’s the ideal time to produce a further 52 episodes.”

Chloe’s Closet has sold to major TV networks worldwide. Golden Bear is on board as master toy partner and will launch products including collectable figurines, character playsets and accessories, small soft toys, talking soft toys and plush sets with roll out from the second half of 2012.

Chloe’s Closet is produced in high-definition 2D Flash and CGI animation. The first season of Chloe’s Closet was produced by Mike Young Productions Ltd., in association with Moonscoop LLC, Wales Creative IP Fund, KI.KA/ARD, Work Out Factory B.V., and Telegael. Chloe’s Closet television production received funding from the European Community – “Media 2007” Programme.

Chloe’s Closet follows the fun-filled adventures of an adorable, imaginative little girl named Chloe who discovers magical new worlds while playing dress-up. The show seamlessly integrates a math curriculum that educates while entertaining its audience.

With each new costume Chloe tries on, she is swept up in a fantastical journey with her best friend and constant companion, her security blanket named Lovely Carrot. Chloe’s exploits also encourage the audience to celebrate how delightful it is to be a child embarking upon a fabulously fun and fearless, anything-can-happen journey.
