Crunchyroll is turning up the anime heat this autumn. The streaming platform has unveiled its fall 2026 slate, bringing new series, returning favourites and a hefty mix of action, fantasy, romance, sports and sci-fi to screens from late September.
Leading the charge from 26 September with A Wild Last Boss Appeared! season two, followed by Overgeared on 27 September. The Prince of Tennis II U-17 World Cup: Final Member Selection Match arrives on 30 September, while FX Fighter Kurumi-chan enters the ring on 1 October.
The season kicks off on The Apothecary Diaries season three, premiering on 2 October, followed by Black Clover season two on 3 October, with lineups on the same day including A Tale of the Secret Saint, Magical Explorer, Romelia War Chronicle, Vertex Force, and #I’m Looking For a Zombie. On 4 October, the slate expands with Reborn as a Space Mercenary: I Woke Up Piloting the Strongest Starship!, Aoashi season two, Hotel Inhumans season two, Uncle’s Obsession with Cute Things and Even Though I’m a Super Timid Noble Girl, I Accepted the Bet From My Cunning Fiancé.
The fantasy and isekai action continues through the following week with Hello, I am a Witch, and my Crush Wants me to Make a Love Potion! and So What’s Wrong with Getting Reborn as a Goblin? on 5 October, followed by The Laid-Off Cheat-Granting Mage Enjoys a Second Lease on Life on 6 October.
7 October brings Sasaki and Peeps season two, The World’s Strongest Witch and The Detective is Already Dead season two, alongside A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special season two. The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World II arrives on 8 October.
Romance takes a dangerous turn on 9 October with Firefly Wedding and on 10 October with The Vermilion Mask.
The October run continues with Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle second cour and Dark Machine The Animation on 13 October. The latter takes place in a world where a popular esport has transformed Japan’s economy, following Kairi as he enters the competitive world of Dark Machine in search of the mysterious top player known as Senki.
Still to come is Psyren, a Crunchyroll exclusive. The series follows Ageha, who is drawn into a deadly game while searching for his missing friend amid rumours of disappearances across Japan.
Crunchyroll is also keeping its summer stories alive. Red River will continue with new episodes from coming Tuesday, The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System on Thursdays, and Please Excuse My Younger Brothers on Fridays.
Several titles will also arrive with Hindi, Tamil and Telugu dubs. Dub languages and schedules remain subject to change, with availability varying by region.
With returning heavyweights, fresh exclusives and enough genres to keep practically every anime fan busy, Crunchyroll’s autumn calendar is less a season and more an anime marathon waiting to happen. The binge button, it seems, has a very busy few months ahead!
