X-Men: Apocalypse will begin filming on 27 April, according to hair designer/creative consultant Felix Lariviere. Apparently Nightcrawler was the last piece of the puzzle; that’s what Lariviere said he had completed just before the tweet:

Bryan Singer will direct X-Men: Apocalypse, starring Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn, Jennifer Lawrence, Rose Byrne, Oscar Isaac, Evan Peters, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, James McAvoy and many more.
We had earlier reported that the shooting was set to commence in Montreal in end of April. The film is due in theaters on 27 May, 2016.
The VFX supervisor on the project is Blondel Aidoo, who had earlier worked on X Men: Days of Future Past. The VFX house to work on the earlier movie was Moving Picture Company, better known as MPC; and most of the major visual effects work was done out of India in Bengaluru.
