Ubisoft in a surprise move has removed three of the biggest upcoming games of 2015 from Steam. The three AAA games are Assassin’s Creed: Unity, Far Cry 4 and The Crew which were up for sale yesterday but have disappeared in thin air and are nowhere to be seen.
You can still purchase the games digitally from Uplay store as well as from the retail stores, but not from the biggest online game store.
Pricing of the games seem to be of the reason but nothing is clear as to what could have led to this move.
Ubisoft has not released a statement, but a representative in UK offered in a statement to PCGamesN: “We’ve been in discussions with Valve about Assassin’s Creed Unity but for the time being the game is not available via Steam in the UK.”
Now it has to be seen what the virtual game seller does to bring back the games to its portal.
