Prison Break’s Chris Vance to play the villainous Non in Supergirl series

Supergirl has finally found her nemesis Non who is a force of pure rage and destruction. The actor who’s been roped in for playing this nefarious role is none other than Chris Vance, the guy who has worked in Transporter: The Series and Prison Break.

Non will make his first appearance in the eighth episode of the show’s first season. For those who aren’t aware of Non, he was once a member of the council and a brilliant Kryptonian scientist who becomes a ruthless military officer. He along with Jor-El found out that the planet Kryton is going to doom soon and Non started making people aware of this which led to him being lobotomized. One thing led to another which led to Non being mentally incapable of forming much of a thought about anything and General Zod made use of this and uses Non as a force of pure rage and destruction.

Unlike Non who was first featured in Richard Donner’s Superman II and played by Jack O’Halloran, the TV series Non would have a slightly different take on the character. Non is basically the antithesis of everything Supergirl stands for and will be one of her greatest enemies. Melissa Benoist will be seen saving the world as Supergirl and we will also get to see Jenna Dewan-Tatum as Lucy Lane, Glenn Morshower as General Sam Lane, Iddo Goldberg as Red Tornado, Peter Facinelli as Maxwell Lord, Brit Morgan as Livewire and Chris Browning as villain Reactron.

The DC comics based series which is being produced by Greg Berlanti, Ali Adler and Andrew Kreisberg is going to make its debut on 26 October on CBS.
