It is a moment of triumph for the Indian gaming industry as IndieRoyale.com’s latest Christmas bundle for 2013, The Debut 8 Bundle, which has already sold more than 5000 units, has announced Indian Indie game, Christmas Magic +, as its secret Bonus game. The game is developed by Satbir Singh (Game Producer and Director) and Anmol Thakur (Technical Director) with art inputs from Frameboxx Bangalore, under the guidance by Munish Goel. It is a huge achievement for the Indie developer duo, as it is the first Indian game to be ever featured on premiere indie portal Indie Royale.
Indie Royale is a premiere indie website which selects the best indie games from all over the world and puts them on sale in “Pay what you want” bundles. This game, with Windows, Linux and Mac versions, makes its PC debut exclusively on Indie Royale and is available only via the Debut 8 bundle. The Bundle runs from 26th December to 3rd Jan 2014. During this time users can pay any amount to get all the games in the bundle but those who pay more than $5 are being given Christmas Magic + as a secret Xmas bonus to users who pay more than $5.

Both Satbir and Anmol are ex-Frameboxx students and have background of computer Engieering and have been in the animation and gaming industry for almost the last 10 years and have worked in various studios like UTV Toons, Ettamina Studios, MEL and Rocking Pixels on multiple international projects before returning to making their own IPs and videogames under the banner of “P.L.A.Y.-Games!”. Before joining the Industry, both had won multiple awards for their short films “Takes you Higher” and “Close Encounters with the Virtual Kind” which were also telecasted on “NDTV India” for three months. The original soundtrack for this game was provided by a fantastic musician, Trevor Holms from Canada. Long time friends and gamers, their very first game “Christmas Magic” has made ripples in the Appstore world by winning over families and gamers alike and is now making its mark in the international indie scene on PC.
The family favorite game was earlier launched on the Appstore, and featured on the Front page and “Whats Hot” sections of the iOS Appstore in many countries, ahead of hit games like “Where’s my Water?’ and “Cut the Rope”.
